An evening walk to catch the last of the evening light on a local beach. This beach I know as Cúl Dorcha, at Ballinrannig, Ballyferriter, on the Dingle Peninsula, in the South West of Ireland.
The setting sun cast a lovely light on the incoming waves.
There were a few surfers, spending more time off the boards than on them.
He’s up!!!
That’s all folks. Thanks for your visit.

It looks exhilarating! I’ve not been to the coast since February so I appreciate your photographs a great deal 🙂

Thank you, I’m happy that you appreciate my photos. I think regular trips to the coast are a must. It seems you are based in Manchester – when I lived there I really missed the sights, sounds and smell of the sea. I’ve never regretted moving here.

It really looks glorious where you’ve settled. Manchester is only around 25 miles from the coast, but it’s easy to become subsumed in a big city like this, especially in the times we are living.

Yes, it’s not really so easy and also you have to go a lot further for really nice coastline and quiet open spaces. But one day you may decide it’s time to move, as I did!😃

Yes indeed 🙂 The city has its advantages but it’s a question of balance…
